REFUNDS
We're happy to refund unworn goods within 14 days of purchase, and are more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund. Naturally enough the goods must be undamaged. In the case of faulty goods we will replace or refund the goods if returned to us within 14 days. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for items returned to us that get lost in transit, so strongly recommend that returned items are sent via special delivery for peace of mind.
In either case, please enclose a covering note with details of your reason for return, and what you would like us to do about it. Please also include your order number and details of your original method of payment and we will happily rectify the problem for you.
PRIVACY
Under the terms of the Data Protection Act we are not able to release your details to any other organisation or person without your prior consent. We will therefore not do so. As an existing customer of ours we are permitted to contact you as part of the normal course of conducting business. If at any point, you no longer wish to be contacted by us, please inform us by email and we will not bother you again.
SECURITY & PAYMENT
This online shop is protected with the latest web security systems, including encryption. These systems are updated regularly. We use PayPal, the worlds biggest online payment system, to take credit card payments. All payment details sent through PayPal are encrypted and sent through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) as per industry standards and best practice.
Alternatively our customers are free to order by post and pay using cheques or postal orders if you wish.
DELIVERIES
